About the role
This exciting role sits within HTA’s Marketing, PR & Events team in our busy design studio in East London. You will be working with designers and teams from across the practice with our newly established brand guidelines to deliver excellent design solutions for all marketing outputs. These will include but not be limited to, award submissions, practice brochures, events collateral, reports, project sheets and occasionally support our external facing bid submissions and work on beautiful publications.
About you
To be considered, the successful candidate will have:
• A Graphic Design degree, or relevant equivalent qualifications.
• 3+ years’ experience of working in a similar graphic design role, preferably within Marketing.
• Previous experience working within an architecture design studio is desirable.
• Passion for delivering consistent high-quality in everything they do.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proofing, grammar, and spelling.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong collaborative internal and external working relationships.
• A creative team player with a high level of flexibility and the ability to work collaboratively and to respond proactively and when required.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to tight deadlines.
• Ability to use initiative and to work autonomously.
• Quality focused with excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
• Creative with strong awareness of design trends and creative thinking with the ability to deliver quality project efficiently.
• A quick learner with the ability to understand the business and its functions.
• Strong IT software skills with the ability to use relevant graphic design related software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Affinity, as well as Microsoft Office applications.
• Enthusiastic and dedicated to own career development.
