College Road continues HTA and Tide’s transformation of East Croydon. The scheme comprises two of the world’s tallest volumetric buildings. Enclave: Croydon, a 50-storey co-living development with 817 studio apartments and an adjoining 35-storey tower providing 120 affordable apartments. The design embraces the optimism of Croydon’s mid-century heritage, and it is the first co-living asset class approved by the GLA under the London Plan

Our SPD for Brentwood’s new garden village is underpinned by collaborative stakeholder engagement. We incorporate innovative co-design approaches into a masterplan for up to 4,000 new homes. We have integrated heritage and landscape principles into the design to deliver a sustainable and beautiful village in this historic landscape
