New Avenue for Countryside Properties is shortlisted in the Affordable Housing Category.

New Avenue for Countryside Properties is shortlisted in the Affordable Housing Category. The regeneration of Coverack Close, Enfield, to become New Avenue will provide 502 new homes for existing residents and newcomers, delivered in three phases. By engaging with the residents and council extensively througout the design process and responding to the brief and site constraints, we have created a unique and sustainable place to live for many years to come.

Ten Degrees is a veritable showcase of the potential of our industry when designers, constructors, manufacturers, clients and council worked together in genuine collaboration. The redevelopment of the former Essex House at 100a George Street delivers the world’s tallest modular building, reusing a brownfield site that had been vacant for more than 30 years. The scheme comprises 546 new build to rent homes with shared amenities that include a podium garden, lounges and a co-working space around the arcade, roof top terraces at the top of each tower with gyms, residents’ lounges, private dining rooms and event rooms.

South Quay Plaza with Berkeley Homes, Foster & Partners is shortlisted in the Best Garden/Landscaping Design Category

Contrasting the urban intensification of Canary Wharf and the surrounding Marsh Wall and Isle of Dogs, South Quay Plaza creates much needed public green space associated with three new residential buildings, rescuing a vacant plot that has been closed to the public since the 1996 Docklands bombing and renovating public realm associated with existing buildings beyond the development’s ‘red line’.
