The Queen Elizabeth II Garden has been shortlisted for the Landscape and Public Realm category. Designed by HTA for The Royal Park, the garden is a radical exemplar of sustainability and resilience, transforming a two-acre former store yard into a biodiverse, climate-adaptive public landscape. Opening a previously inaccessible part of the park, the design pays tribute to the late Queen by referencing her life through structural symbolism and curated planting.


Braund Mansions has been shortlisted for the Housing Project (£20 million and over) category. The first building to be completed within the Winstanley and York Road Estate regeneration, the scheme transforms a vacant brownfield site into 126 climate-conscious, 100% affordable homes. Informed by extensive consultation and community engagement, the project prioritises homes and shared green spaces designed around the needs of the residents.
Enclave: Acton has been shortlisted for the Housing Project (£20 million and over) category. Built on the site of the former Castle pub the Enclave: Acton stands as the tallest volumetric co-living building in West London, whilst maintaining the pubs historic character. Transforming an abandoned site into 462 smart studios whilst celebrating the local heritage and activating the streetscape.

The Sutton Estate has been shortlisted for the Retrofit category. Built in 1913, it was a pioneering social housing development reflecting William Sutton’s vision of providing quality homes for those in need. HTA and Clarion’s decision to retain and modernise the estate, rather than demolish it, was widely welcomed by residents and the local community. The retrofit preserved its historic fabric while creating an inclusive, multigenerational environment.
3 & 15 West Lane has been shortlisted for the mixed-use category. Designed by HTA Design for Canary Wharf Group, contributes to the growing buzz and evolving character of the Wood Wharf neighbourhood. These two new buildings deliver a dynamic aparthotel, offering flexible accommodation alongside ground-floor commercial space.
