HTA has been shortlisted for two categories at this year’s Tall Building Awards.
We are shortlisted for Architect of the Year, recognising our contribution to the future of high-density urban living through Enclave: Acton.
In addition, Enclave: Acton has been shortlisted in the Residential category. The project is a groundbreaking residential development and the tallest volumetric co-living building in West London. Designed by HTA and delivered by Tide, Vision and Outpost Management Ltd, it provides 462 smart studios alongside 1,500sqm of innovative amenity space.
Replacing the former Castle Pub, the scheme re-integrates the pub’s historic character into the tower’s base, celebrating local heritage while creating an active and engaging streetscape.
We’re delighted to be shortlisted in both categories and look forward to celebrating with our project partners and the wider industry at the awards ceremony.
