Experience at scale Our work ranges from small infill sites to major regeneration, including the Aylesbury Estate in Southwark, which will deliver 3,647 homes.
Pioneers of modular construction We have completed 15 volumetric modular buildings, delivering more than 5,000 homes. On completion, Ten Degrees in Croydon was the tallest volumetric modular building in the world.
An interdisciplinary practice Our architects work alongside planners, landscape architects, sustainability specialists, interior designers and engagement specialists, all within one practice.
Rooted in community architecture HTA Design was a founder of the Community Architecture Movement, and resident involvement remains central to how we design.
