Sam Elbahja

Sam Elbahja is a recent University of Cambridge Architecture graduate and recipient of the Robert Rees Prize and the David Flemming Prize for artistic expression and social engagement within architecture. She is an advocate and spokesperson for inclusion and co-design, contributing to MAI Cultures and Homegrown+, and has spoken at HTA on the importance of participatory practice.

She is also the founder of The Blocks Workshop, a community initiative empowering young East Londoners through creativity, recycling, and local storytelling. Beyond architecture, Sam is a four-time published author, with work featured by the V&A, Trope, and in her own collections, blending poetry and design as tools for empowerment and storytelling.
