Bexhill Next Wave demonstrates the transformative potential of landscape design by delivering substantial regenerative change on the Sussex c oast
We engaged a passionate local community to deliver a design that would preserve the traditional qualities of Bexhill as an Edwardian Seaside town, reflect the dynamic optimism of the modernist Grade I listed De La Warr Pavilion and maintain the town’s history of progressiveness and innovation.
The masterplan was undertaken as part of the CABE Sea Change programme which used culture and new architectural design to address the economics and spatial quality of English seaside resorts.
