HTA is leading the modular design of the build to rent and student accommodation towers at Toowong Central, including the podium amenities and residential interiors. The project comprises two high rise towers above a mixed-use podium, with homes, student accommodation, retail, commercial space, and shared resident amenities. The modular approach supports efficient construction, reduced waste and adaptable living environments.
