The building palette blends contrasting brick tones with crisp white detailing to enhance articulation and depth.

All homes are designed to meet Lifetime Homes aspirations and achieve Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4, continuing the estate-wide commitment to adaptable, high-quality housing.
