The landscape proposals for One Lansdowne Road include significant enhancements to the streetscape on Lansdowne and Wellesley Road and a new public square with doorstep play for children under 5. Lansdowne Road will feature a consistent palette of quality materials to guide pedestrians to the future crossing over Wellesley Road. Repetitive planting elements along the building frontage will soften the streetscape and reinforce the street’s east-west linearity. These enhancements aim to create a more inviting and cohesive pedestrian experience.

The new public square at One Lansdowne is closely integrated with adjacent buildings and directly connected to the Canterbury House site to the northeast. The square will feature various art elements that add visual interest, enhance the sense of place, and assist with wayfinding. These art features, combined with the improved layout, create a vibrant, engaging space for residents and visitors, fostering community interaction and providing a welcoming environment.
