Transforming a run-down, post war estate through the regeneration of blocks and the infill of new blocks.
The Clapham Park Estate regeneration combined the refurbishment of 501 historic 1920s Heritage Quarter homes with the delivery of 91 new-build dwellings to improve access, safety, energy performance, and public realm. Sensitive architectural interventions, including new entrances, lift towers, balconies, and landscaped courtyards, preserved the estate’s neo-Georgian character while integrating contemporary infill housing and mixed-use buildings along Kings Avenue.
