Dexion House, for Tide, delivers 802 student units and a two-storey leisure centre with a swimming pool and exercise facilities in Wembley.
The project includes two buildings, nine and eighteen storeys, with a landscaped podium. Constructed using modular steel frames, the development was completed in 14 months.
