Fast-tracked planning strategy delivers a green spine and future leisure plots at the centre of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park
HTA Planning led a strategic and time-critical planning submission to transform Mandeville Place and Belvedere Space into a new green and leisure corridor near West Ham Stadium. Working within a two-month planning window and ahead of the LLDC’s handover, the team secured consent for a phased scheme that enhances biodiversity, safety and inclusivity, while unlocking future development plots for leisure use.
