A borough-wide planning strategy enabling the delivery of 400 council homes across 14 infill sites in Hackney
HTA Planning is leading the planning strategy for Hackney’s 14-site New Homes Programme, unlocking 400 new homes on underused council-owned land. Working collaboratively with the LPA, the team developed a bespoke planning framework that simplifies policy compliance across the portfolio, while supporting the borough’s target of 1,000 new homes for social rent by 2026.
