Organised around a landscaped courtyard, the car-free scheme will provide shared amenities, community spaces and biodiverse landscape features. Its architectural character will connect the development to the wider Hackney Wick neighbourhood, while the scheme is designed to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating.
