Developed by HTA Design in collaboration with Wandsworth Council and the local community, The Alton Estate renewal project in Roehampton will deliver new homes, community facilities, and enhanced public spaces as part of a long-term vision led by Wandsworth Council.
Designed by HTA Design with Wandsworth Council and local residents, the estate renewal plan will deliver up to 650 new homes, with over 50% affordable housing, following a positive regeneration ballot. The proposals respect the estate’s mid-century character while introducing new homes, civic buildings, and green public spaces. Alton West will become a connected neighbourhood centred on Danebury Avenue, with a community square, village green, improved pedestrian links, and a new Family Hub.
